Ba Trieu road expansion project in Hue encounters site clearance bottleneck
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the construction site for upgrading and expanding Ba Trieu street (Hue City) is under construction in areas where the site has been handed over. The contractor is simultaneously implementing items to expand the roadbed, complete curbs and pave sidewalks with stone. Old concrete structures are being mechanically dismantled to expand the road space. Construction is organized in short sections because the site on the entire route has not been completely handed over.

It is known that every day, the contractor mobilizes about 20 workers and many motorized vehicles to speed up the construction volume. Excavators are mobilized to dismantle old items on the busy traffic route. The construction site must both construct, ensure traffic and limit the impact on people's business activities.

Rampant situation of placing illegal "booking" signs on many streets in Hanoi
Reporters' records on streets such as Truong Cong Giai, Tho Thap, Thanh Thai, Tran Thai Tong, Dich Vong show that the situation of people arbitrarily placing signs "No Parking", "Reserved Parking", "No Parking", with stakes, plastic chairs or potted plants to occupy roads and sidewalks is quite common.
These signs often appear in front of buildings, apartments, hotels and offices, creating a feeling that this is a no-parking area even though it does not belong to the traffic signal system installed by functional agencies. A similar situation also appeared on Cat Linh street (O Cho Dua ward), when many "No-parking" signs were placed right on the road, forcing vehicle drivers to find another place to stop and park.
