A team checked and assessed the cause in the project area of Trang Trai Viet. Through inspection, the team recorded in the project site that there were 2 ponds with broken walls, creating a large amount of water flowing downstream, causing the incident.
Of which, 1 pond contains large water, area of about 18.4 hectares, length of the partition wall is about 48 m. 1 pond contains adjacent small water area of about 4.1 hectares, length of the partition wall is about 37 m.

Landslide in Ha Tinh due to heavy rain, one person injured
On the afternoon of November 3, a leader of Cam Trung Commune People's Committee said that on the morning of the same day, a landslide occurred in Ru Rach mountain area in Nam Thanh village, slightly injuring one person.
The landslide also affected and damaged a number of houses in 3 livestock farms of local people below, burying crops, and a car was motivated.
