Recorded on November 3, many streets in Hoi An ward, Da Nang city continued to be submerged in water.

Many central streets of the old town such as Tran Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Nguyen Phuc Chu, Tran Quy Cap, Bach Dang, Le Loi... floodwaters continue to rise.

In many areas around Hoi An market and An Hoi bridge, the water rose to become bridges, surrounding the residential area along the river. Garbage follows the floodwaters into the bridge on both sides.

People had to use boats and canoes to move through deeply flooded sections. Many businesses continue to raise their belongings and move important items to safety.

The authorities continue to stretch ropes and put up warning signs in deeply flooded and dangerous sections.

Previously, the heavy rain from October 26 caused many areas in Hoi An ward to be deeply flooded, traffic was cut off, and people's lives were disrupted. Up to now, when the floodwaters have not completely receded, heavy rain has continued, causing overlapping flooding.

According to the Central Hydrometeorological Station, in the past 24 hours (from 2:00 p.m. on November 2 to 2:00 p.m. on November 3), Da Nang City has had heavy rain, very heavy rain such as: Ba Na 442.2mm, Thang Binh 382.6mm, Nong Son 302.6mm, Hoi An 296.4mm...

In the next 6 hours, Da Nang city will have rain, some places will have moderate rain. Total rainfall is generally below 20mm.
