Cracking down on a ring of illegally trading bank account information in large quantities
On June 26, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department has just coordinated with the Investigation Security Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police to successfully dismantle a large special case, arresting a group specializing in collecting and illegally trading bank account information.
According to the investigation, this criminal group is led by Nguyen Tien Dat (born 2004, residing in Long Bien ward, Hanoi City). To operate, Dat colluded with many other subjects in provinces and cities including Ninh Binh, Son La, Bac Ninh, Hanoi City and Ho Chi Minh City to collect, store, and illegally trade bank account information in large quantities.

University admission benchmark score for 2026, many majors are outstandingly high
Candidates taking the 2026 high school graduation exam must achieve a minimum of 15/30 points to be considered for university admission. However, some majors will have a higher floor score.
In 2026, the Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that in any admission method, the source for university admission is candidates with a total score of 3 high school graduation exam subjects corresponding to the admission combination (or the exam score of Math and Literature and another subject) reaching at least 15/30 points.
However, in some fields, the Ministry of Education and Training requires a higher floor score for applying to majors.

The first rain of the season caused flooding and landslides in many places in Cao Bang.

Heavy rain caused the Bang River water to rise rapidly, and two hydropower plants issued emergency flood discharge notices.
According to information from specialized agencies, due to heavy rain, from 7 am to 8 am on June 26, the water level of the Bang River increased with an intensity of about 95 cm/hour.
At Bang Giang Hydrological Station at 8 am, the measured water level was 179.91 m, about 0.59 m lower than alarm level 1 but is tending to increase rapidly.
Faced with the above developments, people in Ma Quan, Na Teng, Thai Cuong, Thanh Hung hamlets and Ban Don area (Hoa An commune) are advised to proactively move assets, livestock, and vehicles to a high, dry, and safe place; regularly monitor weather and water levels.
At the same time, do not go through deep flooded areas, fast flowing water and remind children not to play near rivers and streams to prevent accidents.
