From December 1, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee established and merged the Health Stations of communes, wards and towns under the Health Centers of districts, towns and cities in the province due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, specifically as follows:
1. For Hai Duong City Medical Center: Merge Pham Ngu Lao Ward Medical Station into Le Thanh Nghi Ward Medical Station.
2. For Kinh Mon Town Medical Center: Merge Hoanh Son Commune Medical Station into Duy Tan Ward Medical Station.
3. For Binh Giang District Medical Center: Establish Thai Minh Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Binh Minh Commune Health Station and Thai Hoc Commune Health Station.
4. Thanh Ha District Medical Center: Merge Thanh Khe Commune Health Station into Thanh Ha Town Health Station; Establish Cam Viet Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Cam Che Commune Health Station and Viet Hong Commune Health Station; Establish Thanh Tan Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Thanh Xa Commune Health Station and Thanh Thuy Commune Health Station; Establish Vinh Cuong Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Vinh Lap Commune Health Station and Thanh Cuong Commune Health Station.
5. For Cam Giang District Medical Center: Merge Thach Loi Commune Medical Station into Cam Giang Town Medical Station; Establish Phuc Dien Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Cam Phuc Commune Medical Station and Cam Dien Commune Medical Station.
6. For Kim Thanh District Medical Center: Merge Phuc Thanh Commune Medical Station into Phu Thai Town Medical Station; Establish Lai Khe Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Lai Vu Commune Medical Station and Cong Hoa Commune Medical Station; Establish Vu Dung Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Co Dung Commune Medical Station and Thuong Vu Commune Medical Station; Establish Hoa Binh Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Binh Dan Commune Medical Station and Lien Hoa Commune Medical Station.
7. For Ninh Giang District Medical Center: Merge Dong Tam Commune Medical Station into Ninh Giang Town Medical Station; Establish Kien Phuc Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Hong Phuc Commune Medical Station and Kien Quoc Commune Medical Station; Establish Duc Phuc Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Van Phuc Commune Medical Station and Hong Duc Commune Medical Station; Establish Binh Xuyen Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Dong Xuyen Commune Medical Station and Ninh Hai Commune Medical Station.
8. For Tu Ky District Medical Center: Establish Ky Son Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Tai Son Commune Health Station and Ngoc Ky Commune Health Station; Establish Dan An Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Dan Chu Commune Health Station and Quang Nghiep Commune Health Station; Establish Lac Phuong Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Cong Lac Commune Health Station and Phuong Ky Commune Health Station.
9. For Nam Sach District Medical Center: Merge Nam Hong Commune Medical Station into Nam Sach Town Medical Station; Establish Tran Phu Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging Nam Trung Commune Medical Station and Nam Chinh Commune Medical Station; Establish An Phu Commune Medical Station on the basis of merging An Lam Commune Medical Station and Phu Dien Commune Medical Station; Merge Thanh Quang Commune Medical Station into Quoc Tuan Commune Medical Station.
10. For Gia Loc District Medical Center: Establish Gia Tien Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Gia Luong Commune Health Station and Tan Tien Commune Health Station; Establish Gia Phuc Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Gia Khanh Commune Health Station and Gia Tan Commune Health Station; Establish Nhat Quang Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Nhat Tan Commune Health Station and Dong Quang Commune Health Station; Establish Quang Duc Commune Health Station on the basis of merging Quang Minh Commune Health Station and Duc Xuong Commune Health Station.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province assigned the Directors of the Medical Centers of districts, towns and cities to guide the functions and tasks of the Medical Stations of communes, wards and towns; coordinate with the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to arrange headquarters, arrange and assign staff for the Medical Stations to operate from December 1.
