Accordingly, at the 3rd thematic session, the An Duong District People's Council passed a Resolution to adjust and supplement (the 16th time) the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and a Resolution to adjust and supplement (the 1st time) the district's 2025 public investment plan.
According to the content of the Resolution on adjusting and supplementing (4th times 16) the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025, adding 117.346 billion VND from increased district-level budget revenue in 2024 to the 5-year medium-term public investment capital for the period 2021-2025; adjusting the total medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 from more than 4,861.098 billion VND to 3,916.558 billion VND (a decrease of 944.540 billion VND compared to the total medium-term investment capital in Resolution No. 75/NQ-HDND dated December 11, 2024 of the An Duong District People's Council).
The District People's Council also passed a resolution to adjust the plan for allocating the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025; adjust the total investment and public investment capital plan for the period 2021-2025 for projects that have been approved for adjustment and final settlement of completed projects.
Regarding the adjustment and supplementation (first time) of the district public investment plan in 2025, adding 81.131 billion VND from targeted additional capital from the city budget to the district budget; adding 186.954 billion VND from the city budget to support the implementation of the model new rural construction program; adding 117.346 billion VND from the increased district-level budget revenue in 2024 to the district public investment capital in 2025.
Thus, after adjustment, the district's public investment capital in 2025 increased from more than 183 billion VND to over 568.4 billion VND. In addition, the district will adjust the capital allocation plan for completed works, projects, transitional projects and new projects that have been approved, eligible for capital allocation according to regulations.
According to the leader of An Duong district, the adjustment and supplementation of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and the adjustment and supplementation of the public investment plan for 2025 contribute to the timely arrangement of projects, promoting the disbursement progress of the district's public investment capital plan.
