On March 17, Phu Quoc High-Speed Ferry Joint Stock Company (Phu Quoc Express) just announced the adjustment of the Thang Long high-speed ferry operating schedule with more than 1,000 seats in the summer of 2026, to serve people and tourists traveling from Vung Tau (HCMC) to Con Dao and vice versa.
Previously, the Thang Long ship's operating plan was 6 trips per week; including 3 trips from Vung Tau to Con Dao on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays; 3 trips from Con Dao back to Vung Tau on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays every week (unoperated Mondays).
To serve the expected increased number of tourists during the summer, the business is expected to increase the operating frequency of Thang Long ship to 12 trips per week. In which, except for the 2nd day of non-operation, Thang Long ship will depart to transport passengers from Vung Tau to Con Dao at 7:30 am; and from Con Dao back to Vung Tau at 1 pm daily, expected from April 15 to June 15.

In addition to increasing trips, businesses also implement ticket price reductions to serve people and tourists during the summer. Passengers booking tickets for trips during this time, ticket prices are only from 410,000 to 950,000 VND.
