The International Champions Cup (ICC) is an annual friendly tournament held to help European clubs review their strength and playing style before each new season. As usual, this year's tournament is held mostly in the US and some Asian countries.
There are a total of 12 teams participating in ICC 2019, including Arsenal, Man Utd, Tottenham (UK), Bayern Munich (Germany), Fiorentina, Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan (Italy), Benfica ( portugal), Chivas Guadalajara (Mexico), Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid (France).
Compared to last year's version, this year's tournament does not have the participation of many strong teams such as PSG, Barcelona, Liverpool, Man City, Dortmund and Chelsea...
However, ICC 2019 still promises to be very exciting with many big matches such as Arsenal - Bayern Munich, Man Utd - Inter Milan, Bayern Munich - Real Madrid, Real Madrid - Arsenal, Juventus - Tottenham, Real Madrid - Atletico Madrid or Tottenham - Man Utd...
This is the 7th consecutive year that ICC has been held. In the previous 6 tournaments, PSG is the only club to have won the championship twice (only in the US). Last year, the team won the championship, Tottenham.
