Vietnam women's volleyball team's competition schedule at the 2025 World Championship

Update the competition schedule of the Vietnam women's volleyball team at the 2025 World Championship, taking place in Thailand.

The 2025 World Volleyball Championship will take place in Thailand from August 22 to September 7, with the participation of 32 teams from different continents.

According to the draw results, the Vietnam women's volleyball team is in Group G with the women's teams of Poland, Germany and Kenya. This group will play at Phuket.

Initially, the registration list of the Vietnam women's team included 14 athletes. However, recently, opposite Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen has withdrawn for many reasons. Therefore, the current list is 13 people, including Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh, Pham Thi Hien, Nguyen Thi Trinh, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Nguyen Thi Ninh Anh, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Nguyen Thi Phuong, Doan Thi Lam Oanh, Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Khanh Dang, Le Thanh Thuy.

Before the 2025 World Championship, the Vietnam women's team had two friendly matches with quality opponents. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team lost 0-4 to Spain and won 4-0 against Kenya.

Through these matches, Thanh Thuy and her teammates will improve their expertise and tactics to prepare for the upcoming important tournament.
