Attending were Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman - Secretary General of the Central Committee (CC) of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF); Mr. Cao Xuan Thao - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the VFF; leaders of departments and units of the Central Committee of the VFF; and 257 trainees who are civil servants, public employees, and employees of the Central Committee of the VFF.
Speaking at the opening of the training class, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - said that the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031, was a great success, opening a new stage of development for the Fatherland Front system at all levels with higher and more comprehensive requirements and tasks. After the Congress, the key task of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is to concretize the Resolution and action program to implement the Congress Resolution into a work plan, with tasks and solutions suitable to the functions and tasks of each department and unit, advising and assisting the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency, in order to ensure that the operation of the entire agency must be unified, smooth, and effective.
To ensure that the Resolution soon comes into life, all work plans must ensure: Easy to understand - Easy to remember - Easy to do; Clear goals - Clear responsibilities - Clear deadlines; and especially must Measure input - Measure output - Measure actual social impact. This is a consistent requirement for all levels of the Front, first of all the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - a strategic advisory body, directly serving the leadership, direction, and administration of the Standing Committee and the Presidium" - Vice President - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga emphasized.
According to Vice Chairman - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga, to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out by the Congress Resolution, along with the need to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Front, the Standing Committee is focusing on implementing many key tasks, including the Project "Training cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations at all levels in the period 2026 - 2031" approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 234/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2026. The Project is not only a basis for comprehensively innovating the training and fostering of cadres in the Front system, but also an important solution to build a contingent of cadres with bravery, professionalism, innovative thinking, creativity and ability to adapt to task requirements in the current period.
The practical task of promoting the great national unity bloc is posing many new and higher requirements for the staff of advisory cadres of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. That is, advisory requirements must be strategic, in accordance with policies, timely, practical and highly feasible; each advisory product must not only stop at completing documents but must contribute to solving the problems raised from the practical activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels," Vice Chairman - General Secretary Ha Thi Nga suggested.
Stemming from that requirement, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organized this training class not only to update and clarify the new contents of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, but also to aim for the goal of unifying awareness, unifying methods and improving the quality of strategic advice of the staff of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency.
Vice President - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga proposed that, in order for the training class to achieve practical results, each trainee must determine a serious learning spirit, proactively research, exchange, and actively discuss in groups; and jointly propose solutions to innovate work processes, improve the quality of consulting products and effectively apply digital technology in professional activities. Through the class, many valid opinions and practical initiatives will be received to continue to improve the direction and administration of the Standing Committee and improve the operational efficiency of the Agency.
For the Class Organizing Committee, Vice President - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga requested comrades to continue to closely coordinate, fully prepare the conditions for the program, materials, facilities and logistics so that the class takes place seriously, safely, and effectively.
The training class program includes the following topics: Understanding the new and core points of the Resolution of the 11th Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress; Digital transformation, application of artificial intelligence in public service activities; Skills in managing work efficiency and enhancing the responsibility of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in performing tasks; Organizing discussions and working groups to build a report.
In addition to specialized topics, the Class Organizing Committee also spends time organizing sports, cultural, and artistic exchange activities between officials, civil servants, and public employees of departments and units in the Agency.
