On the morning of May 6, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga and working group No. 1 of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies (NA Deputies) of Lai Chau province had a meeting with voters in Tan Phong ward after the first session of the 16th National Assembly.
At the Tan Phong ward hall, nearly 100 voters participated in the conference. Mr. Vu Minh Dao - a full-time NA Deputy working at the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Society quickly informed voters about the results of the first session of the 16th National Assembly.

After 12 days of urgent and serious work, the National Assembly considered and approved 18 resolutions on organizational and personnel work; consolidating key leadership positions of the National Assembly, State and Government for the 2026 - 2031 term.
The National Assembly decided the organizational structure of the Government including 13 ministries and 4 ministerial-level agencies, with 24 members; approved the appointment of Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers and members of the Government.
At the same time, the National Assembly considered and passed 9 laws and 5 legal normative resolutions; considered and decided on many important contents on socio-economic development and major issues of the country.
The Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the activities of the Delegation at the 1st Session, 16th National Assembly.

At the conference, voters in Tan Phong ward proposed to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation a number of contents: Investing in repairing and upgrading the road belonging to Ta Lan Than residential group; expanding the ward's wholesale market to diversify products to meet people's shopping needs; investing in building more high schools in the province to meet students' learning needs; considering restoring the Elderly Association organization so that the elderly have a place to live...
Some opinions and recommendations under its authority were answered and clarified immediately at the conference by representatives of the leaders of Tan Phong Ward People's Committee.
At the meeting, Ms. Ha Thi Nga listened, followed and recorded the opinions and recommendations of voters in Tan Phong ward.
The Provincial National Assembly Delegation also acknowledged and highly appreciated the heartfelt and responsible opinions of voters; and directly exchanged and clarified some contents of concern to voters.
