Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee agreed on the list of 18 Mass Associations assigned tasks by the Party and State in the province; agreed to implement the State mechanism to support funding for Associations based on specific tasks assigned by the Party and State.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board advises and proposes assigning staffing targets for mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State in the province according to regulations.
The Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee coordinate with the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee to direct and organize the receipt and handover of mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and the State and mass associations not assigned tasks by the Party and the State to be directly under the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Provincial People's Committee for management according to regulations.
Direct relevant agencies to guide on finance, assets, and support operating expenses associated with the tasks assigned by the Party and State to Associations according to the provisions of law; arrange and arrange the working headquarters of Association organizations to ensure suitability and compliance with regulations.
The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee completes and promulgates the Project on arranging and streamlining mass associations assigned by the Party and State to Bac Ninh province according to regulations; leads and directs the implementation of arranging and streamlining mass associations in the province and the internal organizational structure of each mass association organization assigned by the Party and State in the province in accordance with the Project and Guidelines of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, associated with streamlining staff, restructuring and improving the quality of the contingent of cadres, civil servants, and employees to meet task requirements; doing well political and ideological work for cadres, civil servants, and employees in the process of implementation.
Presiding over and coordinating with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, relevant agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and implement Directive No. 17-CT/TW dated August 28, 2012 of the Politburo on continuing to innovate and strengthen the Party's leadership over mass associations and the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws on mass association work.
Proactively guide, exchange, and agree with communes and wards to implement the arrangement of mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and State at the commune level according to the approved plan.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committees of communes and wards in the province shall, based on the characteristics and practical situation in the locality, consider and decide on mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and State in the locality to ensure appropriateness.
