Handing over a solidarity house to a disadvantaged family in Thu Dau Mot

HCMC - Mr. Nguyen Van Buoi (residing in Thu Dau Mot ward) received a solidarity house worth 130 million VND.

On July 8, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Dau Mot Ward, Ho Chi Minh City held a handover ceremony for the solidarity house to Mr. Nguyen Van Buoi's household (residing in Quarter 7, Phu Tho, Thu Dau Mot Ward).

The Great Unity House was built with a corrugated iron roof structure, walls, and brick floor. The house is 35 m2 wide, with a total construction cost of 130 million VND. The house construction cost was mobilized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and supported by benefactors and the Board of Directors of Ba Thien Hau Temple.

The People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot Ward said that the handover ceremony of the great solidarity house was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thu Cuc - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward; Mr. Pham Van Nong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Tran Phong Luu - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot Ward.

This activity demonstrates the timely concern and encouragement of the Party Committee, government and people of the ward for poor households with housing difficulties; Helping people have a warm home and promote the tradition of mutual love of the nation.
