On the morning of June 24, Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union and the delegation attending the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union were present at Ba Dinh Square.
Here, delegates performed the flag salute ceremony, listened to Uncle Ho's instructions for young people and reported achievements to Uncle Ho.

At the reporting ceremony, Mr. Pham Quang Thang, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Agricultural Zone Management Board, on behalf of the youth of the whole country, reported to Uncle Ho the results achieved in Youth Union work and youth and children's movements.
According to Mr. Thang, throughout the past journey, Vietnamese youth have always remembered and deeply engraved the feelings, love, and expectations of Uncle Ho for the young generation. The Youth Union organization and members, youth nationwide are always deeply aware of their responsibility in cultivating, training, and cultivating revolutionary ethics; actively studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style with specific, practical, and regular actions associated with the political tasks of agencies and units.
Political, ideological, traditional revolutionary, ethical, lifestyle, and cultural education activities continue to be concerned by the Youth Union organization, innovating in content and methods; promoting the effectiveness of digital platforms and cyberspace in propaganda and education work; contributing to fostering revolutionary ideals, arousing patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening spirit, aspiration to rise up and the responsibility of youth union members towards their homeland and country...

We have been and are strongly promoting the spirit of pioneering, bravery, and creativity; striving to emulate in studying, training, absorbing new knowledge, scientific research, mastering modern technology; proactively participating in digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship; improving international integration capacity; actively participating in socio-economic development, building high-quality human resources to meet the development requirements of the country in the new era," Mr. Thang emphasized.
Mr. Thang affirmed that each delegate, although coming from many regions, ethnicities, religions, occupations, and fields of work, shares the same pride, responsibility and aspiration to contribute.
Before Uncle Ho's spirit, Vietnamese youth vow to be absolutely loyal to the Party's revolutionary goals and ideals; steadfast in the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen; constantly cultivate political bravery, moral qualities, and cultural lifestyle; nurture the aspiration to develop the country; be pioneers in digital transformation, innovation, science and technology development, international integration; promote the spirit of solidarity, bravery, responsibility, creativity, and pioneering for the community; contributing to building Vietnam to become increasingly rich, prosperous, and happy," Mr. Thang affirmed.

Also at the ceremony, the Command of the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh awarded Uncle Ho's Badges to delegates attending the congress.
This is an honor, pride and also a motivation for each delegate to continue to study, train, contribute, and promote the pioneering role of Vietnamese youth in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
After the reporting ceremony, the delegation respectfully offered wreaths and entered the Mausoleum to pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh.
With the action slogan "Resilience - Pioneering creativity - Aspiration to contribute - Mastering the future", the 13th National Youth Union Congress is expected to continue to ignite the pioneering and creative spirit of youth, contributing to the successful implementation of the country's development goals in the new period.
The Congress took place in two days (June 24 and 25) with the participation of 788 delegates.
At the 2nd working session, taking place on the afternoon of June 24, the Congress will elect the 13th Central Committee of the Youth Union and discuss at 5 forums.
The solemn session of the Congress will take place on the morning of June 25 with important contents, especially the directing speeches of Party and State leaders; launching the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Secretariat of the Central Youth Union.
