Attached to the grassroots, close to the people, understanding the people, wholeheartedly for the community, Mr. Danh Tre - Secretary of the Party Cell of Phu Tan hamlet, Ninh Quoi commune (Ca Mau province) - is a typical example in building the great national unity bloc, developing rural areas and taking care of social security in the locality.
Phu Tan hamlet is the central area of Ninh Quoi commune, where a large number of Khmer ethnic people live interspersed with Kinh and Hoa people. In his position as Secretary of the Party Cell, from 2018 to now, Mr. Danh Tre has always clearly defined his responsibility in consolidating people's trust in the Party's leadership at the grassroots level.
After each period of thoroughly grasping resolutions and directives of superiors, he and the Party Committee concretized them with practical programs and plans. Party cell activities and mass organization activities are maintained in a regular manner, with content focused on the essential issues of the people such as production, life, environment, security and order. Thanks to that, the spirit of solidarity in the Party cell is maintained, party members promote the role of setting an example, creating a spreading force among the masses.
As Secretary of the Khmer Party Cell, Mr. Danh Tre has many advantages in mobilizing ethnic minorities. Closeness, sincerity and easy-to-understand and easy-to-listen way of speaking help the Party's guidelines and state policies reach the people naturally and effectively. His prestige is built from his exemplary behavior, saying and doing, contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc right from the grassroots level.
Impressions in rural development and care for social security
Not only focusing on Party building work, Mr. Danh Tre is always closely involved in directing socio-economic development in the locality. He actively mobilized people to apply technical advances to agricultural production, stabilize livestock and aquaculture suitable to natural conditions. People's lives have gradually improved, and the poverty rate of the hamlet has decreased year by year.
In building new rural areas, he directly participated in mobilizing people to clear road boundaries, embellish the landscape and environment, repair and upgrade rural traffic routes. Many projects were implemented with high consensus, clearly showing the "skillful mass mobilization" role of the head of the Party cell.
In particular, social security work is a prominent mark of Mr. Danh Tre. With mobilized resources and personal contributions, he supports many poor and near-poor households, policy families on holidays and Tet; participates in flood recovery in the central market area of the commune; contributes funds to build and repair works serving community activities, including Khmer religious establishments. Specific and practical actions have created trust and widespread consensus among the people.
For many consecutive years of excellent task completion, recognized by all levels and sectors with many forms of commendation, but for Mr. Danh Tre, the most important thing is the stability of the area, people's lives are increasingly flourishing and the trust of ethnic minorities in the Party organization at the grassroots level.
