10 Typical Young Faces of Vietnam and 9 Promising Young Faces of Vietnam are typical representatives of the aspirations of Vietnamese youth to contribute.

On the evening of March 25, in Hanoi, the Award Ceremony for Typical Young Vietnamese Faces of 2025 took place.

Attending the Award Ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh - Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Mr. Tran Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central organizations...

On the side of the Central Committee of the Youth Union were: Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Award Council; Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation; Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Team Council.

The Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face Award is awarded annually on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26).

This is a noble award awarded by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, to honor outstanding young people not over 35 years old, with outstanding achievements in many fields: Education, Scientific Research - Innovation, Labor and Production, Business - Entrepreneurship, National Defense, Security and Order, Physical Education and Sports, Social Activities, Culture and Arts and State Administrative Management.

In 2025, the Standing Committee of the Award received 145 nomination applications from 37 units nationwide, including 4 self-nomination applications. One of the highlights is the very good quality of applications in 2025.

Many familiar faces, with outstanding achievements in their careers, have spread positive values to the community.

The Award Council has gone through two rounds of selection and online voting to find 10 typical young Vietnamese faces and 9 promising young Vietnamese faces in 2025.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the Vietnam Young Face Award periodically organized annually by the Central Youth Union for nearly 3 decades, which has contributed to spreading good values, strongly arousing the aspiration to contribute and the pioneering spirit of the young Vietnamese generation.

The award not only honors outstanding individuals but also contributes to discovering, nurturing, connecting and spreading young talents in all fields, creating strong motivation to promote the emulation movement of studying, working, creating, and contributing among youth nationwide. Young talents who have been commended in the past time have promoted, strived, matured and made many practical contributions to the country.

In 2025, from 145 nominations, the Award Council selected and commended 10 typical young Vietnamese faces and 9 promising young Vietnamese faces. These are truly typical representatives of the intelligence, bravery, compassion and aspiration to contribute of Vietnamese youth," Mr. Nghi said.
