The Secretariat of the Central Youth Union has just issued a decision on recognizing Typical Young Faces of Vietnam, Promising Young Faces of Vietnam in 2025.
The list of 10 typical young Vietnamese faces in 2025 includes: Le Kien Thanh, academic field; Pham Anh Tuan, scientific research field; Dang Thi Le Hang, scientific research field; Nguyen Chi Dong, labor production field; Pham Chi Nhu, business-startup field; Doan Van Chi, defense field; Tran Quoc Khanh, security and order field; Nguyen Dinh Bac, sports field; Nguyen Thi Hoa (Hoa Minzy), culture and arts field; Mua A Thi, social activities field.
The list of 9 Promising Young Faces of Vietnam in 2025 includes: Tran Minh Hoang, academic field; Nguyen Luong Thai Duy, academic field; Nguyen Pham Nhat Thien Minh, scientific research field; Le Thi Hong, business - startup field; Nguyen Van Thanh, defense field; Nguyen Huu Dung, security and order field; Nguyen Thi Huong, sports field; Phuong My Chi, culture and arts field; Nguyen Duc Phuc, culture and arts field.

According to the Organizing Committee, after the first meeting, 19 typical nominations were selected for the online voting round. The dossier appraisal work was carried out closely through many channels, ensuring that the nominations had clear backgrounds, accurate achievements, and no complaints or lawsuits.
At the second session, the Council members analyzed, compared, and comprehensively evaluated each dossier in the spirit of objectivity and fairness, thereby unanimously selecting the most typical faces.
Online voting activities took place from 8:00 AM on March 3rd to 24:00 AM on March 16th, attracting more than 96 million votes. The voting results are a reference channel for the Council to consider and decide.
In 2025, the Organizing Committee received 145 nominations from 37 units nationwide, spanning 10 fields. The commendation ceremony for Typical Young Vietnamese Faces in 2025 is expected to take place on the evening of March 25 in Hanoi.
The "Outstanding Young Face of Vietnam" Award is a noble award of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, aimed at honoring young people not over 35 years old with outstanding achievements, creating a spreading effect in the community; thereby contributing to promoting the movement of learning, researching, working, and creativity among young people and developing young human resources for the country.
