On April 19, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward said that it had issued a document organizing the payment of support funds to households affected and damaged by floods in the area. The payment applies to cases that have not received the support level of 2 million VND/household.
Accordingly, the funding source is implemented based on the decision issued in April 2026 by the Relief Mobilization Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province on the transfer of funds to support poor and near-poor households and households affected by floods.

The beneficiaries of the payment are households whose property was damaged by floods but have not received the 2 million VND support before. The list has been reviewed and inspected by the Working Group and submitted to competent authorities for approval. The support level is 2,000,000 VND/household, expected to be paid on April 21.
Previously, according to Decision No. 2196 dated November 23, 2025 of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Tay Nha Trang ward was allocated more than 93.6 billion VND to support people and students from households whose houses were flooded during the November 2025 floods.
Of which, 86.4 billion VND to support the lives of 86,400 people (level of 1 million VND/person) and more than 7.2 billion VND to support 14,457 students from elementary school and above (level of 500,000 VND/student).
By the end of December 2025, the locality had spent more than 85.7 billion VND; the remaining amount of nearly 7.9 billion VND is continuing to be disbursed.
On December 28, 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee continued to issue a decision to expand the subjects of support to overcome the consequences of floods in 2025 for those who have not registered for residence but actually live stably in the locality.
These cases must have confirmation from the residential group or head of the residential cluster.
On that basis, the People's Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward has reviewed and identified that there are still 47,158 people in need of support, mainly households that have not registered for residence and tenants directly affected by flooding.
Specifically, the group that has not registered for residence has 34,720 people (including 6,638 students); the group renting rooms has 12,438 people (including 1,418 students).
The total funding needed to support these subjects is more than 51.1 billion VND. Due to the surplus of nearly 7.9 billion VND from phase 1, the People's Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward has requested the province to allocate more than 43 billion VND to continue paying for arising cases.
