Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman, Chairman of the National Election Council Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued Resolution 151/NQ-HDBCQG of the National Election Council on announcing the official list of candidates for the 16th National Assembly by constituency nationwide.
According to the Resolution, the National Election Council decided the list of 864 candidates for the 16th National Assembly in 182 constituencies nationwide to elect 500 National Assembly deputies of the 16th National Assembly.

According to the provisions of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies, the introduction of candidates is carried out through the consultation steps of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ensuring the structure, composition, number of deputies and standards according to the law. The 16th National Assembly will be elected on March 15, 2026.
