Thereby mastering and deeply understanding the organizational model and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front associated with the proactiveness and creativity of each organization.

Along with that, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research, fully grasp the important and enthusiastic instructions given by General Secretary To Lam at the working session and present the Politburo's decision on the establishment of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Chairman Do Van Chien also suggested that leaders of departments, units, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers should proactively identify key tasks with the motto "competent in roles, knowledgeable in tasks"; at the same time, it is necessary to clearly identify what is beneficial to the country, the collective, the agency, and the cause of great national unity, then try to do and do it with all your might. Everything that is harmful to the country and the people, to the cause of great solidarity, is to be avoided.

"The Standing Committee of the Party Committee has discussed democratically, discussed thoroughly and reached a very high consensus so that after 1 year of implementing the new apparatus, it will re-evaluate the work results, rearrange work according to job position to properly promote the capacity, strengths and ensure the job requirements of each comrade. Therefore, each comrade needs to study seriously, supplement knowledge and skills to improve himself and promote creativity in implementing tasks - Chairman Do Van Chien emphasized.

If it cannot help, in addition to its ability, it must report to the Party Committee and propose to the government for resolution. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations need to do what they need to do to see themselves as useful and consider it our motivation.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front does not directly make money, does not make massive, large, modern projects, but under the leadership of the Party, the Front will contribute significantly to nurturing the strength of the peoples hearts, which is sometimes more valuable than gold, silver, gold, and silver - Chairman Do Van Chien emphasized.
