On the morning of June 30, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province held a Ceremony to announce the Resolutions and Decisions of the Central and local governments on the merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units; end the operation of district-level administrative units; establish a Party organization; appoint Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces, communes, and wards.
According to Decision No. 529/QD-MTTW-BTT of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on recognizing positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province (term 2024-2029), the Standing Committee consists of 10 people.
In which, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Tran Minh Son holds the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Mr. Ha Duy Trung holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and is also Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Ro Cham H'Hong holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and is also Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association.
Ms. Ha Thi Giang Thao holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and is also Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Pham Hong Hiep holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and is also Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province.
Mr. Pham Manh Hung holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and is also Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association; Mr. Dinh Ngoc Hai holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Siu Trung holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thu holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong was born on November 26, 1978, hometown in Thieu Van commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province; is a Doctor of Law; senior political theorist. He has worked at the Central Youth Union for more than 20 years.
From August 2019 to September 2021, he was Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Permanent Deputy Head of the National Committee for Vietnamese Youth, Chairman of the Central Youth Union Council; Head of the Central Youth Union Organizing Committee (from May 2021); From September 2021, he was Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.
In November 2024, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
