At the end of the year, Thinh Hao Elementary School (No. 9 O Cho Dua, Dong Da, Hanoi) organized the presentation of 60 gifts to pediatric patients being treated at the Department of Pediatrics - Tan Trieu K Hospital within the framework of the program "Warm Tet for Children". The total value of Tet gifts is 30 million VND, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

The program is the result of the fundraising activity "Warm Tet for Children" launched during the "Fun Chung Cake Festival 2026" experience day held on February 6th in the school grounds. This is an activity belonging to the "Vietnamese Tet Experience" series organized by the school, aiming to help students learn about traditional culture, while nurturing the spirit of sharing and responsibility to the community.
In the bustling atmosphere of the banh chung wrapping festival, learning about traditional Tet customs, the fundraising activity at the end of the program received positive responses from parents, students and officials and teachers throughout the school. From these voluntary contributions, 60 Tet gifts were carefully prepared to be sent to pediatric patients being treated at K Tan Trieu Hospital in the early spring days.

At the gift-giving ceremony, representatives of the Board of Directors, teachers, parents and students of the school directly visited and encouraged the children. Each gift was accompanied by a heart-shaped card handwritten by the students of Thinh Hao Elementary School with simple messages such as: "Wishing you always be strong", "Proactively treat you", "Wishing you good health soon to return to school"... The words are still immature but contain the sincere care of children of the same age.

Sharing about the activity, Principal of Thinh Hao Primary School - Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong - said: "Warm Tet for children is not only a charity activity, but also a practical lesson about compassion. When children directly participate and understand that their sharing can bring joy to others, that is the most profound educational value.
The school also respectfully thanks the Board of Directors of K Tan Trieu Hospital for creating conditions for the program to be organized thoughtfully, and at the same time thanks the companionship of parents, students and all officials, teachers, and school staff.

Warm Tet for Children" has closed, but the spirit of sharing continues to spread. From a traditional cultural experience festival, seeds of compassion have been sown, contributing to making a spring warmer and more meaningful.
