On July 1, Hue City Party Secretary Le Truong Luu attended and presented the decision to announce the establishment of the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its personnel.
According to Decision 493/QD - MTTW - BTT of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on recognizing the positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City for the 2024 - 2029 term, including 9 comrades: Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van (UVTV City Party Committee) holds the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; Ms. Pham Thi Ai Nhi holds the position of Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city.
Mr. Le Minh Nhan holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and is also the Chairman of the City Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Chi Quang holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and is also the Chairman of the City Farmers' Association; Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and is also the Chairman of the City Women's Union; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and is also the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Mr. Le Ngoc Thanh holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and is also the Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans' Association of the city. Mr. Duong Dinh Luan and Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city.
Speaking at the ceremony to present the decision to establish the agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu congratulated the unit on officially coming into operation, marking a turning point in perfecting the organization of the city's political system. He praised the proactiveness and close coordination of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and related units in the process of reorganizing, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
Affirming this as a major policy of revolution, the Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that the establishment of the City-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will contribute to concretizing the functions, improving the effectiveness of the Front's operations, and meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
The Secretary of the City Party Committee suggested that immediately after the announcement, the Standing Committee of the Hue City Fatherland Front should urgently develop regulations for operations, working processes, and coordination mechanisms to ensure an effective and synchronous operating apparatus. The assignment work must be clear about the person, the work, and the responsibility must be linked to the results, without interruption in direction and management.
Departments and offices need to quickly get to work, proactively review the directive documents and areas in charge to organize timely and effective implementation. Continue to innovate the content and methods of operation towards being close to the people and the grassroots; maintain the role of a center of solidarity and bridge between the Party, government and people.
The Front needs to proactively grasp public opinion, promptly reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the People, especially in the period of restructuring the commune-level administrative apparatus. At the same time, ensure facilities, increase the application of information technology, provide professional training for grassroots cadres, and effectively coordinate with Party committees and authorities of communes and wards.
The common goal is to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, contributing to sustainable development and improving people's lives.
