Voters expressed their excitement and confidence in the province's leadership and direction results on streamlining the apparatus, improving management efficiency, and recording many outstanding achievements in the first 6 months of the year. The people's satisfaction index increased by 6 ranks, ranking 6th nationwide.
However, voters and people also expressed concern and worry about the 4 groups of issues. Firstly, the situation of production and trading of counterfeit goods and poor quality food, especially cheap buffets around areas with a large number of workers and students.
Second, the epidemic on crops and livestock continues to be complicated, African swine fever returns.
Third, land prices have increased too much, not clearly defining the subjects, causing great financial pressure when converting land use purposes.
Fourth, high-tech criminals with many sophisticated tricks, impersonating authorities to defraud and appropriate property, along with concerns about the policy of arranging non-professional cadres at the commune level after merging administrative units.
Based on the study of the resolutions of the Central and the province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has recommended the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to consider adjusting the land price list appropriately; have a mechanism to support small and medium enterprises; promptly issue regulations on the management of surplus headquarters; assign offices and branches to support communes in special difficulties; and guide localities to prepare a Draft Political Report to serve the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and commune-level unions.
