In Bien Tay A hamlet, Hiep Thanh ward, the model residential area "2 no, 4 yes" has been increasingly spread over more than 2 years of implementation, receiving the support of many people, including ethnic minorities. Since the implementation began, the criteria of "2 no" (no members violating the law; no waste) and "4 yes" (with national flag; with trees, ornamental flowers; with waste containers; with street lights) have been agreed by households.
Mr. Truong Du Chenh, Head of Tay A Sea Hamlet, shared: Since its launch, this model has been enthusiastically responded to by the people of the hamlet. Each family reminds and educates members to comply with legal regulations; equip trash bins in front of their houses, light alleys in the neighborhood, create a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape and prevent crimes, ensure security in residential areas. The effectiveness of the model proves that when the Party's will is in harmony with the people's heart, the strength of great solidarity is strengthened, promoted, and leads to all success".

Solidarity and development
Mr. Tran Van Dung - Secretary of Phuoc Tan Hamlet Party Cell, Vinh Phuoc Commune - said: "Join the spirit of competing to successfully implement the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress and the Resolution of the Commune Fatherland Front Congress, Phuoc Tan Hamlet determined to promote the foundation of solidarity, creating unity from ideology to action.
