The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam took place successfully, marking an important milestone in the country's development process.
The strategic decisions, long-term vision and comprehensive development orientation approved by the congress have strengthened the deep belief in the entire Party, people and army.
In Dak Lak province, especially in the team of village elders, village heads, and prestigious people among ethnic minorities, that belief is further affirmed and strongly spread.

Closely following the contents of the 14th Congress, many village elders and prestigious people in the province expressed excitement and confidence in the correct orientations that the Party has set out.
Ms. Lang Thi Truong, a prestigious person in Ia Lop border commune, said that the congress affirmed the determination to build a clean and comprehensively strong Party; develop the economy quickly and sustainably associated with ensuring progress and social justice; maintain national defense and security; promote the strength of great national unity.
These contents are in line with the aspirations of ethnic minorities in the province, especially people living in border areas like us," Ms. Truong shared.
Not only showing faith, the team of village elders and prestigious people in Dak Lak also upholds the spirit of responsibility in propaganda and mobilization of people to well comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws.

Mr. Y Krang Ndu, a prestigious person of Krong No commune, said that village elders and prestigious people in villages and hamlets are always clearly aware of their role in maintaining security and order, fighting against false arguments and dividing the great national unity bloc.
At the same time, encourage children and grandchildren to actively work in production, develop the economy, and build villages that are increasingly prosperous and civilized.
According to Mr. Y Krang Ndu, the success of the 14th Congress has created a solid foundation for ethnic minorities to have more confidence in the correct policies of the Party and the State in the coming period.
Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of the goal of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, promoting socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period 2026 - 2030.
Dak Lak province currently has 1,063 people with prestige among ethnic minorities. Most of the village elders, village heads, and people with prestige are retired officials, people who are attached and understand the customs of local people.
They are the extended arms of the Party, State, and local authorities in spreading major policies in the coming period.
