According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front must truly be a strategically oriented agency, regularly closely monitoring the situation at the grassroots level, and promptly supporting localities to remove difficulties and obstacles.
Departments and units need to overcome the situation of lack of proactiveness, loose coordination and "cutting corners" on information; clearly define the presiding unit, coordinating unit, and responsibilities of each department in each task.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga also requested the heads of departments to pay attention to operating the apparatus, assigning specific tasks, promoting the spirit of teamwork and community responsibility. Along with that, continue to review the staff, firmly grasp the thoughts and aspirations, arrange jobs suitable to their capacity and strengths; pay attention to building a green, clean, beautiful, civilized, modern working environment and better care for the material and spiritual life of officials throughout the Agency.
