On August 12, the working delegation of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, together with representatives of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Red Cross Society, the Women's Union of the province and Luong Son commune, visited, encouraged, and expressed condolences to the families of 3 children who died from drowning and were injured in an accident.
In Ngoc Son village and Minh Ngoc village (Luong Son commune), the working group burned incense, expressed condolences and presented the province's support money to the families of Hoang D.S. (born in 2016), Nguyen D.T. (born in 2016) and Ha Ngoc H.D. (born in 2016).
At the victims' families, representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province visited, encouraged and hoped that the families would try to overcome the pain and soon stabilize their lives. At the same time, he requested that Party committees, authorities, organizations and neighboring people continue to pay attention, support, promote propaganda, and strengthen solutions to prevent drowning and injuries to children.
It is known that before that, at around 7:30 a.m. on August 11, Hoang D.S. and Nguyen D.T. went to graze buffaloes and unfortunately fell into the river, dying from drowning. Ha Ngoc H.D. had an accident while playing with his younger sister, got caught in a hammock around his neck, and died at 8:30 a.m. on August 10.
