Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision adjusting the state budget expenditure estimate for 2026 of units due to organizational arrangement, with a total budget of 18.752 billion VND transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the province.

According to the decision, the total amount of funds adjusted is 18.752 billion VND.

In which, the province reduces the estimated expenditure from the 2026 career source of provincial-level association organizations assigned by the Party and State and transfers the entire amount to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province for management and use.

This is the budget for implementing the non-autonomous regime.

The adjustment is carried out on the basis of arranging the organizational structure and transferring provincial-level association organizations to be directly under the VFF Committee of Lang Son province.

Among the units adjusted to reduce estimates, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association and Journalists Association had the largest reduction of 7.481 billion VND.

After the adjustment, the VFF Committee of Lang Son province is supplemented with exactly this amount to receive both the estimated and un-disbursed portions in 2026.

Many professional expenditures have also been transferred to new focal points to continue implementation, such as organizing Vietnam Poetry Day, Lang Son Spring Press Festival, Lang Son Peach Blossom Painting Contest, publishing Lang Son Journalist News Bulletin, supporting art and photography exhibitions, voluntary blood donation activities, Red Journey, cooperative dialogue conferences, and a number of propaganda and commendation tasks, congresses and equipment purchases.
