Model of spreading love from the community to each household
From July 2025 to now, the "1 with 1" model of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Binh ward, Ho Chi Minh City has become a bridge for sharing, connecting businesses, organizations and hearts in the community to support difficult households, policy families, and vulnerable people in the area, with a support level of 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND per month. Only after more than 6 months of implementation, the model has spread strongly, attracting 23/39 neighborhoods to participate, supporting 37 cases.
Among them is the case of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong (44 years old, teacher) who is raising 3 young children, her son has had kidney failure syndrome since childhood, and her daughter has relapsed asthma. Receiving support from the model, Ms. Thuong emotionally said that she feels happy to live in a safe environment, friendly neighbors and always has the companionship of the local government.

Another case is the policy family of Mr. Bui Ngoc Trac (86 years old), he shared that he is very excited to be regularly encouraged and visited. For Mr. Trac, it is not only support but also sharing, a testament to the cohesion between the Front and the people.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Binh ward, the "1 with 1" model creates great spiritual value, adding motivation for households to overcome difficulties, and at the same time, significantly reducing the burden of social security for the budget, towards sustainable socialization. Not only stopping at direct support, the model also becomes a bridge of humanity, affirming the role of the great unity center of the Front, connecting people from all walks of life with the government, towards a sustainable and humane community.
Also according to Ms. Oanh, after implementing the 2-level government model, officials are closer to the grassroots level. From there, strengthening closeness, promoting rapid and smooth 2-way feedback and building trust in the people.
Meaningful meals in the city
Also in the spirit of great solidarity, in Tan Son Nhat ward, the "Community Rice Kitchen" at 446 Hoang Van Thu was put into operation from the beginning of September 2025. The kitchen not only provides free meals for people in difficult circumstances, but also becomes a spiritual support, spreading the value of solidarity in the community. On a November noon, the kitchen welcomed many workers in difficult circumstances to have meals. They sat together, chatted comfortably and were served thoughtfully.
Ms. Tran Thi Men - an elderly woman from the North who came to Ho Chi Minh City to rent a room and make a living as a scrap collector, said she was very touched when invited to have lunch. "At this age, I should be able to rest, but I still have to earn every penny. What warms my heart is the thoughtfulness and sincere invitation: every day I can stop by the kitchen at noon to have lunch" - Ms. Men said.

According to Ms. Le Thi Hong Loan - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tan Son Nhat Ward cum Chairwoman of the Ward Women's Union - the unit directly managing the kitchen, said that this activity is based on the motto of giving love - receiving smiles.
