The conference listened to opinions from representatives of leaders of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (MTTQ), central mass organizations, and representatives of leaders of socio-political organizations, raising issues arising after nearly 1 year of operating the apparatus according to the new organizational model, and specific opinions, recommendations, and proposals to competent authorities.
Speaking at the conference, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Vice Chairman - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga basically agreed with the opinions expressed.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga stated that the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations have proposed and hoped that in the coming time, competent authorities will amend Decision No. 304 on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to remove some specific issues related to advisory and assisting agencies for socio-political organizations such as financial mechanisms, implementation of procedures for personnel work...
Concluding the survey, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam - Head of the Survey Delegation said that the proposed contents at the conference are very important to serve the development of a report to prepare for the preliminary review of 1 year of implementation.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam said that after the 1-year preliminary review conference, there will be policies to continue to improve the organizational structure of the political system, with the ultimate goal of operating effectively and efficiently.
Regarding some recommendations and proposals of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam proposed to continue to consolidate the theoretical and practical bases in proposing adjustments to the organizational model, especially the operating mechanism, functions, tasks, assignment, and delegation of power in the system, ensuring the correct policy of streamlining focal points and unifying activities in the Fatherland Front so that the apparatus operates more effectively and efficiently.
