On the afternoon of May 22, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province organized the fourth Conference, term I, term 2025 - 2030 to consolidate the organization and personnel.
Attending the conference were Mr. Duong Quoc Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Giang Thi Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, along with leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee and more than 100 delegates.
At the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province consulted to terminate the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for Ms. Giang Thi Dung to receive a new task according to the assignment of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the same time, the consultation conference elected Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to participate in the Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province term I, term 2025 - 2030.
As a result, 100% of the delegates present voted unanimously to elect Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc to hold this position.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Duong Quoc Huy wished the new Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen The Phuoc to be trusted to be assigned a new task; and at the same time acknowledged the contributions of Ms. Giang Thi Dung to the Front's work in the past time.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the new Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, closeness to the people, innovate operating methods, and build an effective Front system, strongly oriented towards grassroots levels.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc affirmed that he will join the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to promote the great national unity bloc, care for people's lives, promote patriotic emulation movements and build a strong Front system.
At the conference, Ms. Giang Thi Dung signed the minutes of handover of the task of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc according to regulations.
