The event was organized by the Front Working Committee of Quarter 10, Binh Quoi Ward within the framework of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's traditional day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).
Speaking at the festival, Mr. Vo Hoang Ngan - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City said that this is an opportunity to review the glorious journey of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, show gratitude for the merits of previous generations and promote the spirit of great solidarity in the community.
On this occasion, Ms. Vu Anh Dao - Head of the Front Work Committee of Quarter 10 reported on the results of the Front work in 2025. Ms. Dao said that Binh Quoi ward has united, made efforts, and joined hands to effectively carry out emulation movements and campaigns. Notably, social security work is carried out carefully. The ward has implemented many models of "Binh Quoi Tinh Tinh - Breakfast in Love" with 2,500 gifts, worth 50 million VND.
In addition, during the year, the neighborhood mobilized the "For the Poor" fund, the "For the homeland's sea and islands, for the front line of the Fatherland" fund... Poverty reduction work achieved positive results, there are no more poor households according to new criteria. The neighborhood has introduced 75 households to borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank, helping them overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
