Discussion center No. 3 was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of the X term, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Here, from reality, delegates contributed opinions and proposed solutions to strongly arouse patriotism, the creativity of the People, promote democracy, social consensus, build a prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam and build a solid great national unity bloc.
Contributing more opinions on some tasks to arouse patriotism, Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company, delegate of the Dong Nai Delegation - said that it is necessary to strengthen ideological education to build patriotism. In addition, there must be forms of encouragement for workers to study for life; improve skills, thereby improving labor productivity.
Mr. Phuc emphasized the need to replicate good and effective patriotic emulation movements. Taking the program "1 million initiatives to strive to overcome difficulties, be creative, and determined to win the COVID-19 pandemic" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the result of 2,400,000 initiatives, far exceeding the set target, Mr. Phuc affirmed that good and effective movements need to be replicated and spread.

Speaking at Center No. 3, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - said that this Congress of the Front has many innovations in a concise direction.
In which, the Draft Political Report submitted to the Congress comprehensively and deeply assessed the results of implementing the Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the past term; assessed and assessed the situation of the great national unity bloc; pointed out the advantages, limitations, subjective and objective causes, and at the same time drew 5 lessons learned.
The orientation and objectives section for the 2026 - 2031 term has updated and thoroughly grasped the spirit of the 14th National Congress Resolution and new resolutions of the Politburo and the Party Central Committee; The Congress has proposed 7 action programs, 15 specific target groups, and 3 breakthrough tasks. Increasing by 1 action program compared to the previous term, it is being structured as the 4th program, the content is: "Participating in science and technology development, innovation, building a digital society; promoting digital transformation in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system"...
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan highly appreciated the contributions at Center No. 3, especially the proposals aimed at arousing patriotism, the creativity of the People and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
Delegates also discussed mobilizing social resources, taking care of social security, supporting the poor and vulnerable; calling for the joint efforts of the community, businesses, organizations, and individuals at home and abroad, and promoting the building of the Digital Front.
