On May 25, news from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Hai commune said that it had launched the model "Propaganda and mobilization of people to prevent and combat drugs", to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, prevention and fight against drug evils at the grassroots level.
Accordingly, the model is implemented with the aim of propagating the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State on drug prevention and control; and at the same time disseminating the harmful effects of drugs, methods, and tricks of drug criminals to union members, association members, and people.
The model also promotes the mobilization of people to actively participate in denouncing crimes, managing and educating children in families not to violate the law on drugs, contributing to building a safe and healthy living environment in the locality.
Through the model, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Hai commune expects to promote the role of self-management and the sense of responsibility of the community in preventing, detecting and denouncing violations of the law related to drugs, thereby contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
