At the working session on September 5 with the working delegation of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Mr. Duong Van Luong - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Phan Dinh Phung Ward People's Committee said that the total budget revenue of the ward after more than 8 months reached nearly 2,000 billion VND.
Phan Dinh Phung ward (after the merger) was established from July 1, 2025 on the basis of merging 7 wards: Phan Dinh Phung, Hoang Van Thu, Trung Vuong, Tuc Duyen, Dong Quang, Tan Thinh and Quang Trung.

Currently, the locality has an area of over 14 km2, a population of 122,000 people, with 110 residential groups and 212 cadres and civil servants.
Immediately after its establishment, the Ward Party Committee issued working regulations and assigned specific tasks.
In which, 6 Standing Committee meetings and 4 Executive Committee meetings were held to discuss and issue many important resolutions.
The fields of politics, economics, culture, society, national defense and security all remained stable.

The Ward Public Administration Service Center received over 6,130 records from July 1 to September 4, all of which were resolved correctly and ahead of schedule.
Currently, the ward is implementing 32 projects out of a total of 251 projects received after the merger, with public investment capital in 2025 allocated more than 240 billion VND.

Evaluating at the meeting, Mr. Dinh Quang Tuyen - Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged the outstanding results of Phan Dinh Phung ward after more than 2 months of operation under the new model.
At the same time, he emphasized that despite being the densely populated locality with the largest workload and administrative records in the province, the ward has completed its tasks well, without any delays or complaints from the people.
Mr. Dinh Quang Tuyen hopes that Phan Dinh Phung ward will continue to promote its role as a "locomotive" in socio-economic development.
Especially in budget collection, creating convenience for businesses and people. At the same time, flexibly arrange and consolidate the team of cadres with suitable abilities to improve work efficiency.
