The conference was attended by Mr. Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City; Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city.
The conference announced the decisions of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union on the establishment of the Youth Union and appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Deputy Head of the Provisional Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong City.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union consists of 25 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 11 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, is the Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union; Comrade Duong Thi Huong Giang, is the Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union.
The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union also announced and awarded the Decision to establish 114 Commune, Ward and Special Zone Youth Unions under the City Youth Union.
Speaking at the Conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Nguyen Duc Tuan praised and highly appreciated the spirit of volunteerism, responsibility and responsibility of the city's youth; at the same time, he congratulated the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries who have just been temporarily appointed by the Central Youth Union Secretariat, and the Secretaries of the Youth Union at the commune, ward and special zone levels who have just received the decision;
At the same time, I hope that you will always maintain your political will, promote collective intelligence, solidarity, constantly learn, innovate and be creative to make the City Youth Union increasingly strong, actively contributing to the overall development of Hai Phong City.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city expects the cadres of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union and 114 communes, wards and special zones in the city to be the core connecting all classes of people, the shock force to build a new Hai Phong city - more civilized, more humane and more sustainably developed.
Immediately after the Conference, the Provisional Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong City held the Conference for the first time.
The conference approved the working regulations, operating regulations of the Provisional Executive Committee, and the Action Program of the Provisional Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong City.
