The Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Quang Ninh province is a grassroots party committee under the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, including 19 party organizations under the departments and units of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency; public service units and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.
At the conference, the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies announced the decision to appoint members to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary and the Inspection Committee; Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
According to the decision, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary; Comrade Nguyen Chi Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh emphasized: The establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency and the Quang Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee is an important step, implementing the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee, along with the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the direction of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
This demonstrates political determination in innovating leadership methods, perfecting the organizational apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system's operations; at the same time, contributing to the implementation of the revolution of streamlining the organization and apparatus in a modern and effective direction.
He affirmed that this is also the basis for continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations, in order to affirm its role in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, association members and people.
In order for the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee to soon stabilize its organization and promote its leadership and direction role, comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh suggested that the Party Committee should study and thoroughly grasp the principles of Party organization and activities; urgently perfect the organization and apparatus.
In addition, it is necessary to develop and promulgate working regulations, assign tasks within the Party Committee; organize activities to ensure smoothness and efficiency, according to the new organizational model.
The Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee is also required to urgently prepare and successfully organize the Party Cell Congress, towards the Party Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ninh province for the 2025-2030 term, to be completed before July 15, 2025. At the same time, actively prepare for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and do a good job of negotiating and introducing candidates for National Assembly and People's Council candidates at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Also at the conference, the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee announced decisions on the establishment of subordinate Party cells and appointed personnel to participate in the Executive Committee, Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries of the Party cells. At the same time, the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on the arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency were announced.
