At the conference, representatives of the leadership of the Organization Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Executive Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on piloting the establishment of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and provincial organizations.
At the same time, announcing the decisions of the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the above 2 Party Committees.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial People's Council Party Committee directly under the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, including Party organizations and party members in the Boards of the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.
The Party Committee includes 5 party organizations and 82 party members. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 15 people; The Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 5 people; The Party Committee's Inspection Committee consisting of 3 people. Mr. Le Quoc Chinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term 2025 - 2030, has 2 deputy secretaries including: Mr. Bui Hoang Ha (Standing Deputy Secretary) and Mr. Le Xuan Huy.
For the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ninh Binh province's mass organizations were established, including Party organizations in the Vietnam Fatherland Front agency, socio-political organizations, mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and State at the provincial level, and affiliated organizations and units.
The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Ninh Binh province have 22 Party organizations and 359 party members. The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Ninh Binh province, term 2025 - 2030, includes 21 people; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee includes 7 people; the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee includes 5 people.
Ms. Dinh Thi Lua - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Ninh Binh province for the term 2025 - 2030.
The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Ninh Binh province have 2 deputy secretaries including: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha (Standing Deputy Secretary) and Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thao.
At the conference, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee - presented the decisions to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Fatherland Front Party Committee, and provincial organizations for the term 2025 - 2030.
