On April 1st, the Government Party Committee and Party Committees of Central Party Agencies coordinated to organize a Conference to transfer and receive Party organizations and party members from directly under the Government Party Committee to directly under the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Secretary of the Government Party Committee; Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies co-chaired the Conference.
Also attending were members of the Party Central Committee, representatives of leaders of Party Central Committees; the standing collective of the Party Committee of 5 Party organizations that were transferred and received.
According to the Decisions on transfer and receipt, the transfer of 5 party committees from directly under the Government Party Committee to directly under the Party Committees of central Party agencies, including: Party Committee of Vietnam Television (VTV), Party Committee of Voice of Vietnam (VOV), Party Committee of Vietnam News Agency (VNA), Party Committee of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Party Committee of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

Speaking at the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Secretary of the Government Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of agencies during their time under the Government Party Committee; affirmed that agencies have well performed their assigned functions and tasks, operated effectively, and contributed to the common achievements of the country.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the results achieved are proof of the spirit of responsibility, efforts and contributions of Party organizations and the contingent of cadres and party members to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland. At the same time, he requested Party committees after transferring to the Party Committees of Central Party agencies to continue to promote traditions, maintain solidarity and unity, and excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party, State and People.
Speaking at the Conference, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, highly appreciated the advisory and assisting agencies of the Government Party Committee and the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies for proactively coordinating and promptly preparing fully the contents of transfer and reception of Party organizations and Party members to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Party Charter.
The Standing Secretary of the Secretariat emphasized that the transfer and reception of 5 Party committees is the continued implementation of the Party's major policies on arranging and streamlining the organizational structure, improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and effectiveness of operations, and at the same time strengthening the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Central Government to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat proposed that Party committees must focus on arranging and consolidating Party committees and internal Party organizations of agencies and units to suit the new organization, and at the same time strengthen the construction of truly clean, strong, comprehensive Party organizations, improve leadership capacity and combat strength; develop the contingent of cadres and party members of the organization to seriously implement the Party's guidelines, resolutions, directives, conclusions, and decisions to ensure continuity, stability and not interrupt the activities of Party committees and agencies and units.
Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu affirmed that the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies believes that, with the spirit of solidarity, unified responsibility, effort, and determination, the Party organizations after receiving it will continue to promote the leadership and direction role in implementing the political tasks of each agency and unit to contribute to the successful implementation of the goals set out by the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
