Attending the conference were Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of Departments and Offices of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province and Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho provinces and 12,650 delegates at 628 provincial and commune-level locations of provinces belonging to the Midlands and Red River Delta Emulation Cluster.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on the results achieved in the first 6 months of 2026. Accordingly, in the first 6 months of 2026, with the attention and guidance of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the leadership, direction, and creation of conditions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front of the provinces in the Emulation Cluster have been active and proactive in implementing tasks, achieving important results.
Notably, information and propaganda work continues to be innovated, promoting the application of digital transformation to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, especially on the Resolution of the Party Congress, the Resolution of the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels.
The Front organization participated in successfully organizing the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term with a high voter turnout, elected enough number, in accordance with the structure, and no unit had to organize re-elections.
The work of supervision, social criticism, contributions, and participation in Party building and government building of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations is actively implemented to ensure quality and efficiency, and is recognized and highly appreciated by Party committees and authorities at all levels.
Campaigns and patriotic emulation movements continue to be widely deployed to the grassroots level, attracting a large number of people to participate and respond. The work of caring for the poor, social security and relief is carried out promptly, to the right people, bringing practical efficiency.
The organizational structure of the VFF at all levels has been concerned with arranging, consolidating and gradually operating stably, promoting the central role in coordinating and unifying the implementation of the action program of the VFF and socio-political organizations, member organizations, contributing to enhancing the position of the VFF at all levels in the political system.
The content and methods of operation continue to be innovated, notably the application of information technology and digital transformation in the Front system has many positive changes, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of Front work, gradually meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Speaking to direct the conference, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Emulation Cluster of the Midlands and Red River Delta provinces.
Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy requested that in the coming time, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the Emulation Cluster should continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Urgently concretize the Resolution into an action program and work plan suitable to the practical conditions of each locality. Pioneer strong innovation in content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on grassroots levels, taking residential areas as key areas, taking people as the center of innovation and development, and people's satisfaction as a measure of operational efficiency.
Better perform the role of a bridge between the Party, State and people; proactively participate in propaganda, create social consensus and promptly grasp the ideological situation, thoughts, and aspirations of all classes of people right from the grassroots level.
