The conference was organized in a direct combined online format at the central bridge point of Ninh Binh province and the bridge points of provinces belonging to the Midlands and Red River Delta Emulation Cluster.
Attending the conference were Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of Departments and Offices of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province and Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho provinces and 12,650 delegates at 628 provincial and commune-level locations of provinces belonging to the Midlands and Red River Delta Emulation Cluster.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy affirmed: The 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031, was very successful.
The Congress Resolution is the concretization of the Party's guidelines and policies, especially the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, and the orientative and directive speeches of General Secretary and President To Lam at the Congress.
At the same time, it shows the determination to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, meeting the requirements of the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country; developing science, technology, innovation, digital transformation and deep international integration.
This conference is of utmost importance, as a widespread political activity in the entire Front system. Through the conference, Front officials at all levels will firmly grasp the core contents and new points in the Resolution of the Congress. From there, unify awareness, political determination and action, ensuring that the Resolution of the Congress will soon be put into life.
Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy requested delegates to promote the spirit of responsibility, focus on researching, exchanging, and deeply discussing the contents conveyed; closely link with the practical work of their localities and units; clarify key tasks and breakthrough solutions to organize the effective implementation of the Congress's Resolution throughout the system.
In particular, it is necessary to focus on thoroughly grasping the tasks of promoting socialist democracy; strengthening social consensus; improving the quality of supervision and social criticism work; participating in Party building and State building; promoting patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; promoting the role of member organizations, people from all walks of life, ethnic minorities, religions, and overseas Vietnamese; building a truly streamlined, professional, modern, efficient, effective and effective Front system.
Along with that, it is necessary to quickly concretize the Resolution and Action Program of the Congress into programs and work plans suitable to the conditions of each locality and unit; clearly define responsibilities, roadmaps and output results, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness in organization and implementation.
At the conference, delegates were thoroughly grasped of the basic and core contents and tasks and solutions in the Documents of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031; the Action Program of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on implementing the Resolution of the 11th Congress; and guided on the use of some digital platforms of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Also at the conference, delegates exchanged and discussed the contents conveyed. Thereby agreeing on awareness, raising responsibility and political determination of the contingent of Front officials at all levels in implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
