The project to support women in entrepreneurship in the 2026-2035 period was officially launched on the morning of November 30.

On the morning of November 30, the Vietnam Women's Union held a conference to summarize the Project "Supporting women in entrepreneurship in the period of 2017 - 2025" according to Decision No. 939/QD - TTg (Project 939); implementing the Project "Supporting women in entrepreneurship in the period of 2026 - 2035" according to Decision No. 2415/QD-TTg (Project 2415) and commending typical cooperatives in 2025 within the framework of the Project "Supporting cooperatives by women, creating jobs for female workers until 2030" according to Decision No. 01/QD-TTg (Project 01).

Attending the conference were: Mr. Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Prime Minister; Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, leaders of localities; international delegates...

Before the conference, delegates observed a minute of silence to commemorate people who died due to natural disasters. Party and State leaders support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods.

The conference evaluated the results of the implementation of Project 939, commended, rewarded and honored 61 collectives, 84 individuals with outstanding achievements in starting a business, supported successful start-ups for women and 50 cooperatives with outstanding management by women in production and business activities, attracting and creating many jobs for female workers.

At the conference, delegates pressed the button to launch the Project "Supporting women in start-ups in the 2026 - 2035 period" according to Decision No. 2415/QD-TTg (Project 2415).

Within the framework of the conference, many outstanding activities took place, typically: Exhibition space and introduction of typical products, 4-star OCOP products, meeting food safety and hygiene standards, creating a space for connection, spread, and inspiration for businesses, cooperatives and business households owned by women. This is not only an activity to introduce and promote products but also a clear demonstration of the efforts, creativity and effectiveness of Project 939, Project 01 in local economic development, improving competitiveness, product quality, converting production methods and promoting the market for women to start businesses.

The digital transformation interactive space is designed to give delegates a comprehensive, intuitive, and vivid view of the 8-year journey of supporting women in start-ups nationwide.

Online exhibition "Women's journey to start a business in the period of 2017-2025": Introduce support and companionship activities for women in the Government, central and local ministries, departments, and Women's Union at all levels; exhibit typical stories of successful women in the period of 2017-2025 to spread the spirit of entrepreneurship to all classes, women and the community; inspire women, especially disadvantaged women, mountainous areas, and disadvantaged areas to be bold and confident in starting a business.
