On the afternoon of July 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Khanh Hoa province held its first conference for the 2024-2029 term.
This is the first conference after the merger, with more than 200 delegates representing the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and member socio-political organizations attending.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in Khanh Hoa have actively implemented the Party's resolutions, focusing on streamlining the apparatus.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has organized 7 social criticism conferences, participating in contributing opinions on many policies and projects that have a great impact on the people.
The emulation movement "joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" was effectively implemented, with a total mobilized amount of more than 98.38 billion VND, building 3,539 houses. Thereby, contributing to the completion of the goal of eliminating temporary houses in the province before April 30.
At the conference, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Trinh Minh Hoang informed about the results of the restructuring of the apparatus, building a 2-level government, the socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year and key tasks from now until the end of 2025.
The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also announced the decision to recognize 131 members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term. Delegates spent a lot of time discussing key tasks after the Provincial Fatherland Front operates under the new model.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Hau - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - affirmed that the merger of socio-political organizations into Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies at the provincial and commune levels is a major policy, with profound innovation, improving the effectiveness of the Front and mass organizations.
Mr. Hau emphasized that the task assigned to the Vietnam Fatherland Front system in the coming time is to continue to perfect a streamlined apparatus, clear people, clear work, clear results.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations need to promote digital transformation, build a "Khanh Hoa Digital Front" to adapt to new requirements. At the same time, focus on improving the quality of the staff, making social criticism a "brand" of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Khanh Hoa province.
