In the first 6 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa province has achieved many key and breakthrough results and tasks.
In particular, many large projects such as Cam Lam, Tu Bong, and Dam Mon new urban areas have been approved for investment by the Prime Minister.
The Ca Na Industrial Park Project - Phase I has also been approved by the Provincial People's Committee.The locality is also finalizing the Khanh Hoa Free Trade Zone project and a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Van Phong Economic Zone.
In particular, Khanh Hoa province is also preparing to start the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project, considering this a long-term strategic project.
In the last 6 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa prioritizes promoting economic growth. The target is to strive for a growth rate of more than 8%, GRDP per capita, reaching VND 110.4 million/person in 2025, an increase of 9.9% compared to 2024.
The industrial production index is expected to increase by 7.5%; export turnover reaches 2.35 billion USD; total development investment capital reaches 107,880 billion VND; State budget revenue is estimated at 27,979 billion VND.

According to Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, industry is identified by the province as the main driving force. In particular, priority is given to developing the processing and manufacturing industry, promoting key industries such as: bird's nest, seafood, shipbuilding, electricity production, roads, garments, and special agricultural products.
Mr. Nam also emphasized that Khanh Hoa will issue a plan to determine the priority order for investment in the development of the industrial park system by 2030; review all existing industrial park land funds, handle infrastructure projects behind schedule to increase occupancy rates, attract strategic investors.
At the same time, the province will speed up the implementation of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, Ca Na Industrial Park, Bac Ai and Phuoc Hoa Hydropower projects, complete the selection of investors for the Ca Na LNG project with a capacity of 1,500 MW and build an inter-regional renewable energy and service center to submit to the Prime Minister for approval.
In addition, the province also prioritizes investment in Port No. 3 - Ba Ngoi Port, Ca Na General Seaport to increase the capacity to receive and export goods by waterway; promote trade promotion, develop domestic markets and connect supply and demand via digital platforms.
