From December 16th to now, the North has maintained a dry sunny day. The highest temperature in some places is over 23 degrees Celsius. The night and morning are cold, some places are very cold with the lowest temperature around 11 - 13 degrees Celsius; the temperature difference between day and night is large.
According to the meteorological agency, from the night of December 23, the North and Thanh Hoa will have some rain. According to the temperature chart, some provinces in the Northeast and the Hanoi area will have less dry weather from December 24. However, the temperature will not fluctuate.

Regarding marine weather, notable information is that weak cold air waves continue to cause strong winds and thunderstorms.
On the day and night of December 20, the North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa archipelago), from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau, between the East Sea and the western sea area of the South East Sea area (including the western Truong Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9. The sea will be rough, with waves 3 - 6m high.
The sea area from Da Nang to Quang Ngai has strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. Rough sea, waves from 2 - 4.5m high.
The South China Sea (including the Truong Sa archipelago) has scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7 - 8.
Day and night of December 21, in the North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa archipelago), the northeast wind is strong at level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9; at night the northeast wind gradually increases to level 6 - 7, gusting to level 8 - 9. The sea is rough; waves are 4 - 6m high.
The sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau, the central East Sea area, the sea area west of the South East Sea area (including the sea area west of Truong Sa archipelago) has strong northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9. The sea is rough; waves are 3 - 5.5m high.
Gulf of Tonkin northeast wind gradually increasing to level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. Rough sea; waves 1 - 3m high.
From Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; from night the wind gradually increases to level 6, gusting to level 8. Rough sea; waves 2 - 4m high.
The meteorological agency warns of a level 2 risk of natural disasters due to strong winds at sea.
All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by cyclones, strong winds and large waves.
