I went home to rest and felt less chest tightness, and in the evening my chest tightness returned, I planned to go to the emergency room but it was dark and a bit late...
The next morning, I went to the hospital to examine as every time, doing all the tests, near the time of receiving the results, the doctor announced the very high heart enzyme index, with acute ring syndrome, acute myocardial infarction. The coronary angiography results recorded a main blood vessel branch that raised the heart was completely clogged, the other 2 branches were also narrow.
Fortunately, I received timely emergency care. Professor Vo Thanh Nhan was the one who directly intervened in placing stents to clear blood vessels. My intervention lasted more than 1 hour.
