The series of articles originated from the idea of "turning Hanoi's largest landfill into a park" by Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh during a meeting with voters of Soc Son district.
This series of articles has given readers a vivid, panoramic view of the reality of what exists and happens at the Nam Son waste treatment area (Soc Son, Hanoi).
