On May 16, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung signed and issued an official dispatch related to the road project to Tam Xuan II waste treatment area, along with compensation and resettlement support for households directly affected.
The City People's Committee assigned the City Land Fund Development Center to preside over and closely coordinate with the Tam Xuan Commune People's Committee and related units.
The key task is to focus on reviewing and promoting propaganda and mobilization to create high consensus among the people for the sections of roads passing through existing roads, thereby soon handing over land for the project.
For new route sections including the section from Km0+899 to Km3+300 and from Km3+996 to Km4+920, the city requests units to urgently prepare and complete dossiers and procedures for compensation and site clearance in accordance with legal regulations.
The goal is to completely complete compensation and site clearance work in June to promptly construct the remaining items. In the process of implementation, if difficulties or obstacles beyond authority arise, units must promptly report to the City People's Committee to have timely handling plans.
Tam Xuan Commune People's Committee is assigned the responsibility to strictly implement the contents as required by the Department of Construction. At the same time, coordinate to implement the recommendations from the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transport and Agricultural Works of Da Nang.
The Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board is responsible for proactively coordinating with localities and functional agencies to review and complete necessary legal documents and procedures.
This is the basis for submitting to competent authorities for consideration and adjustment of project implementation time, ensuring that the next implementation steps are in accordance with regulations and the set schedule.
