The process of disposing of vehicles is carried out within 12 months from the date of expiration or from the date it is determined that it does not meet technical safety and environmental protection standards according to the provisions of law.
State agencies have the right to dispose of vehicles confiscated for violating the law or being derelict property. Provided that this asset has established its owner's rights according to the provisions of law but has expired or does not meet technical safety and environmental protection standards as prescribed by law. The unit is responsible for disposal in the form of transfer to the facility according to regulations.
In case the vehicle owner needs to dispose of a vehicle that has not yet expired or meets technical safety and environmental protection standards, it must also be handed over to a facility receiving the discarded vehicle.
Owners of abandoned vehicles are not allowed to dispose of them or transfer them to other organizations or individuals who are not subject to regulations that are allowed to receive discarded vehicles.
Vehicles that are abandoned can postpone the responsibility for vehicle disposal but must comply with the following requirements:

In addition, vehicle owners must dispose of their vehicles according to the provisions of this Draft Decision after the postponement period expires.
As expected, if this Draft Decision is issued, the above provisions will take effect from January 1, 2027.
